F&M Ingegneria wins the competition for the new events building at the Darsena in Ravenna, promoted by the Port Authority.
The project, developed in collaboration with architects Clemente Nativi and Francesco Martella, involves a multi-purpose complex of approximately 1,200 square meters, spread over three above-ground levels (with a possible basement), which will include:
- 150-seat conference room.
- Offices and service areas.
- Bar/restaurant area.
A €4 million project that is part of the Darsena regeneration strategy, with a design approach focused on functionality, flexibility of use, and integration between contemporary language and industrial heritage.
A new space for events, relationships, and local development.
