Jesolo Lido District Design: The Beach Residences and The Richard Maier Tower
The new expansion will consist of The Beach Residence (TBR), of 15,300 m3 of urban volume; and The Richard Meier Tower (TRMT), with 21,500 m3 of urban volume. The Beach Residences (TBR) property, comprising 44 residential units spread over 10 floors, will have a basement used as a garage of 4,000 m2 of which 2,700 m2 will be used as a garage and 1,300 m2 will be used as an entrance lobby. The Richard Meier Tower (TRMT) property is a residential tower approximately 80 m high and comprising 88 residential units spread over 24 floors; the underground garage measures 4,800 m2.
