Graduated in Civil Engineering in 2000, Gisella Rizzi enriched her career with a master's degree in Structural Aspects and Technologies of Architecture at the Polytechnic of Milan (2004). In the same year she joined F&M Ingegneria, where she developed a solid experience in project management and project coordination.
Since 2007 she has directed the Milan office, promoting growth and sustainability in projects. In 2014 she became a Partner, confirming her role as a point of reference for female leadership and the valorization of talent in the sector.
