F&M Ingegneria is looking for a Quantity Surveyor for the main office in Mirano (Venice).
The candidate will perform the following tasks:
- computing civil and infrastructure works: preliminary estimates, final design, and executive design, including the drafting of specifications;
- unit price analysis and market research;
- drafting of time schedules;
- possible management of site accounting.
The ideal candidate will have the following requirements:
- good knowledge of PriMus, Vision CPM (STR), MS Project, and Microsoft Office software;
- at least 5 years of experience in the computation of medium-large works;
- good knowledge of English;
- preferential requirement: BIM calculation skills.
The ideal candidate works to high standards of quality and precision and is autonomous in the management of assigned projects.
He/She has a predisposition for cooperation within the work group, and demonstrates a results-oriented approach, and spirit of initiative.
The type of contract applied and the Gross Annual Salary will be evaluated during the selection process and based on the candidate’s experience.
