Conegliano, the school that breaks down walls!
Approved the project for the new Rodari primary school in Parè di Conegliano (TV), designed by C+S ARCHITECTS, Carlo Cappai, Maria Alessandra Segantini
F&M was responsible for its structural design and the maintenance plan.
The executive project has been approved at a cost of 5.3 million euro (3 million financed by Pnrr funds and 2.3 million by the municipality) and covers 2,119 square metres on a 6,800 square metre lot.
The new school will be developed on a single level along the circular plan of the building, including 10 classrooms located in direct contact with the outdoor garden, which will accommodate up to 250 students. Thanks to the use of alternative energies, it will also be an nZEB energy class building.
An innovative project to conceive spaces, a form of “breaking down walls” that prioritises liveability, well-being and socialisation for children.
