A new school in the park, for a community that grows together!
The new school complex in Desenzano del Garda represents a contemporary vision of the school: not just a place of learning, but an open, sustainable and inclusive civic space. A project that combines architecture, engineering and innovation to create a building capable of interacting with the landscape and the people who will experience it every day.
The new school building, spread over two floors covering 3,600 square metres, accommodates 500 students in modern classrooms, laboratories, a library, a CONI-approved gym and an auditorium for 250 people, designed as a civic centre open to the community.
F&M Ingegneria was responsible for the final and executive design – architectural, structural and plant engineering – and the operational management of the structural and plant engineering works.
Project team:
Lead contractor: F&M Ingegneria SpA
Partners: EUTECNE s.r.l. | GDA – Giulia de Appolonia | Sinergie Progetti SRL | Arch. Carlo Bertolini
A great satisfaction for the result achieved and for the synergy established within the working group, which represents a virtuous example of integrated design.
