The Danieli Four Seasons Hotel, a symbol of Venetian hospitality, reopens its doors following a major renovation project.
For this project, F&M Ingegneria handled general coordination, integrated design, construction management, and safety coordination, overseeing a project of high technical and organizational complexity within a regulated urban context. The project encompassed the entire historic complex, consisting of Palazzo Dandolo, Palazzo Casa Nuova, and Palazzo Danieli Excelsior.
Restoring a historic building means carrying out work without altering its identity: every design decision requires a balance between modern functionality, technological innovation, and the preservation of cultural heritage.
This project reaffirms F&M Ingegneria’s expertise in managing complex redevelopment projects through an integrated approach spanning from design to construction.
We would like to thank the client, the project team, the contractors, and all the professionals involved who made this outcome possible.
Il Gazzettino, La Nuova Venezia, Il Corriere del Veneto, Vanity Fair, Il Metropolitano, EuroNews, NordEst24 and Ansa reports on it.
