Terrazza a Mare Lignano Sabbiadoro
The project involves the redevelopment and safety upgrade of the historic Terrazza a Mare in Lignano Sabbiadoro, with structural and plant engineering works aimed at preserving and enhancing this building, which is a symbol of the town. The works include the consolidation of existing structures, the construction of new mezzanines and walkways, compliance with safety regulations and the implementation of energy-efficient plant engineering solutions. The intervention will transform the Terrace into an NZEB (Nearly Zero Energy Building), thanks to the use of renewable sources and innovative technologies, while maintaining its function as an attractive venue for events, catering and public activities.
