Bolzano, Falkensteiner Hotel Bozen WaltherPark
The new Falkensteiner Hotel Bozen WaltherPark is opening in the heart of the city, a refined five-star establishment that marks the beginning of a new era for hospitality in South Tyrol.
The hotel is located within the prestigious WaltherPark complex, one of the most significant urban regeneration projects in South Tyrol, covering an area of over 17,000 m². The complex will house residences, commercial spaces, car parks and other urban services.
F&M Ingegneria is in charge of the Project & Construction Management, Pilotage and Cost Management of the entire project, contributing significantly to the realisation of an urban development with a major architectural and functional impact.
The Falkensteiner Hotel fits into this context as an iconic element, symbolising a Bolzano that is increasingly contemporary and international.
