Padua, New Police Headquarters in Via Anelli
The project for the new Padua Police Headquarters has been officially presented. The new structure aims to create a building that combines openness and security.
The technical and economic feasibility study was presented at a press conference attended by the city’s top officials, including Mayor Sergio Giordani, Prefect Giuseppe Forlenza, and Police Chief Marco Odorisio. Also present were the project’s key players: F&M Ingegneria SpA, the team leader, and Lvl Architettura Srl, which is responsible for the architectural aspects.
The new police headquarters will be divided into three distinct blocks: a six-storey central building, with an exedra layout, dedicated to institutional functions and the Scientific Police Department for the Triveneto region. The two lower buildings, on the other hand, will be directly accessible to the public, creating a welcoming and functional entrance for those who need the services.
The team consists of F&M Ingegneria SpA, the lead company responsible for general coordination, structures, systems, safety, geology and fire prevention, together with Lvl Architettura Srl, which is responsible for the architectural aspects, Proap by the famous landscape architect Joao Nunes, Semper Srl by Cinzia Rampazzo, Tca Denise Borsoi and architect Anna Maria Portoghese.
